Recently we attended a blocked drain in Lauderdale. The owner, who was out of the country, was distraught that the drain had blocked up the morning she had left and that a house sitter was due to arrive the next day. With an email from the owner giving us all the details, we could unblock the drain immediately, so the house sitter had a fully functioning toilet when they arrived. After we had unblocked the drain, we relayed back to the owner an in-pipe video and photos of the drain cleared and flowing freely.
